Refund Policy

GraphDeck is sold through Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Paddle in accordance with this policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, for any reason. Approved refunds are returned in full to the original payment method.

Customers in the United Kingdom, EU, and EEA additionally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase under consumer law. This right is independent of, and additional to, the 14-day refund offered above.

How to request a refund

• Use the refund link in your Paddle purchase receipt email.
• Or email [email protected] with your Paddle transaction ID or receipt number.

Refunds are typically processed by Paddle within 3 to 5 business days of approval. The exact timing in your account depends on your payment method and bank.

License revocation on refund

Once a refund is processed, the corresponding GraphDeck license key is revoked and will no longer activate or validate the software. Activation data associated with the key is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy §3.
